Mr. Ronak Chiripal is the promoter of our Company. He has obtained degree in Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York and Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India. He has more than a year experience in the business and industry.

Mr. Darshan Vayeda
Whole Time Director, Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited.

He is post graduate in Management from Gujarat University. He has 10+ years of experience in academic industry.

He has worked with multinational companies like A C Nielsen globally renowned market research company, TATA Croma, Electronics Retail chain and Vodafone. During this tenure he has experience of different industries from Market Research to Retail to Telecom to Entrepreneurship and in Education. Finally he has found his calling in education. He has been 3 times finalist at AMA's best speakers award function and was also one of the finalists in Economic Times Young Leader competition in 2010. He is also passionate trainer and have conducted 300+ seminar at different platform on motivation, leadership, exam preparation to effectiveness.

Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda

Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 1982 Batch of Indian Customs, Excise and Service Tax, Government of India under Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. He superannuated from Government of India in April 2019 and prior to superannuation he held office in Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue as Member of Central Board of Indirect Tax and customer (CBIC) and also as special secretary to Government of India.

Komal Bajaj
Woman Director, Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited.

Mrs. Kamal Bajaj is currently working as a director of Shanti Innovation And Research Foundation, a Section-8 Company, under the field of education. She has engaged herself in establishing the franchise of various pre-schools under the brand Shanti Juniors, she has also involved herself in managing the K-12 school, as a director.

Mr. Jayesh Patel
CFO, Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited.

Mr. Jayesh Patel, CFO of our Company, is a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University. Currently his profile includes Auditing, preparation of Budget, to reconcile bank balance, maintaining accounts payable & receivables, taking care of statutory dues etc., He has experience of more than 15 years in Accounts and Finance department. Also worked as a Senior Officer - Accounts, in NIIT Ltd in past. Excellence work Award winner for Gujarat NIIT Limited in the year 2008.

Ms. Harshna Saxena

Harshna Saxena is Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having good exposure in areas of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and SEBI Regulations.
